I grew up in Brampton and attended the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario where I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees. Since 1991 I have practiced primarily Family Law, and Wills and Estate law.

I am certified as a family law Mediator and Arbitrator and as such have helped numerous people resolve their problems quickly and in a mutually beneficial way.

I have served as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court since 2001 and have adjudicated all different types of legal matters.

I am a past president of the Board of Directors of the Peel Law Association, and have served as the Regional Representative of the County and District Law President’s Association. I have been on the Board of Directors of The Asperger’s Society of Ontario, The Elizabeth Fry Society, and Kerry’s Place Autism Services.
